Course Outline
ExperienceChange™ is a powerful and engaging web-based team simulation that brings change theory to life in a group environment. The simulation is a powerful tool for providing individuals with a framework to manage and lead change and to practice (in a safe environment) making decisions about understanding, planning and implementing change in an organization.A small part of the course is spent in a full group session, where change theories and models are presented and discussed. During the balance of the course, you will work in a small team, identifying and implementing the most effective change scenario you can develop given the nature of the case study presented. Following participation in this session, you will be provided with access to the ExperienceChange site where you can find tools and other resources that will assist you in your day-to-day planning and implementation of change.
What sets this powerful simulation apart from others is its focus on the impact of change on people in an organization. Feedback on decisions that the teams implement during the simulation is quantitative and qualitative, and is provided real-time so that you understand immediately the impact of your decisions on each of the company stakeholders.
