For over 35 years, MICA enjoyed a strong reputation for delivering high quality training programs, both in an open enrolment environment and through customized, dedicated solutions for our numerous clients.
In January 2011, Knightsbridge formally re-launched the MICA brand, and we are now known as MICA Learning!
Our Search
In addition to our instructor-led learning courses offered via public enrolment and dedicated client deliveries across Canada (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal), we are pleased to introduce our suite new suite of E-learning programs. Candidate Requirements
- Expert presentation skills; facilitates with presence, authenticity and passion
- Ability to clearly articulate content, and make it real and relevant for participants through examples, stories, coaching, etc.
- Flexible, self-managing, adaptable and collaborative
- Desire to represent MICA (and the larger Knightsbridge organization) in the delivery of managerial leadership programs
- Willingness and ability to travel within Canada
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree
- Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
