Benoit De Grâce is an Associate Consultant with MICA Learning at Knightsbridge in Ottawa.
President and co-owner of PMC – Project Management Centre, Benoit has been providing portfolio and project management consulting and training services for over 15 years. The services he provides range from process and methodology definition and planning facilitation to systems implementation.
Benoit has a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering, with a major in Project Management, is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). In the field of Project Management systems, he has completed numerous interventions in Canada as well as in the United States among clients such as Ultima Foods, ABB Systems, Bombardier Aerospace, Bell Canada, Abbott Laboratories, Microcell, Johnson and Johnson, MDS Nordion, the Ministère des Transports du Québec, Sandoz, Standard Life and the Department of National Defence.
Over the years, he has gained an excellent reputation as a trainer and has delivered courses on the Fundamentals of Project Management, Project Planning and Control as well as Leadership for Project Managers and on the use of various project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. As a senior business analyst with a keen ability to synthesize business processes and adapt the Portfolio and Project Management know-how to various corporate environments he has helped organizations define and streamline their business processes.
