Gabriella Fermo is an Associate Consultant with MICA Learning at Knightsbridge in Toronto.
In addition to working with Knightsbridge, Gabriella teaches at several Ontario colleges and runs her own training business. Previously, Gabriella acquired many years of corporate, consulting, and leadership experience in change management, strategic human resources, training, and organizational development. The common theme underlying Gabriella's diverse background is a focus on developing people, systems, and organizations.
As a skilled trainer and facilitator, Gabriella helps clients achieve greater levels of individual effectiveness and team performance. Her areas of expertise include interpersonal and business communications, career management, team building, and leadership development. Over the years, Gabriella’s creative yet down to earth style has enabled clients to put into practice the key behaviours required to attain higher levels of personal growth, performance, and productivity.
Gabriella has worked in virtually every industry sector with organizations ranging from the small boutique start-up to the large, global enterprise. She has implemented business solutions for some of North America's most progressive companies, including two Top 50 Employers.
Gabriella’s degree in Industrial Relations and Psychology is complemented with a Master Trainer Certificate, and qualification to administer all Level B psychometric assessment tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®). Gabriella has also earned several industry accreditations (CHRP, CEB, PPAC), and has completed numerous years of coursework in continuing education studies.
