Julie Ruben Rodney is an Associate Consultant with MICA Learning at Knightsbridge in Toronto.
Julie is also the CEO and founder of Maximum People Performance Inc., a Training and HR Consulting business in Toronto. Prior to starting her own people development organization, she spent ten years with MICA Consulting Partners, where she successfully facilitated hundreds of interactive workshops, designed programs, built deep client relationships through business development, and project managed large scale initiatives.
Julie is an experienced and dynamic facilitator, consultant and keynote speaker in the areas of engagement, interpersonal communication, teambuilding, leadership development and creativity. She leverages her expertise with a variety of assessments to help her clients improve their ability to work with others more effectively, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®), Strategic Leadership Development™ (SLD™), and DiSC Personal Profile System®. Julie is also certified to deliver Dr. Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® program.
Julie has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors including the construction, healthcare, financial, pharmaceutical, educational, legal, and accounting industries. As well, she has delivered sessions, webinars and key notes for the members of multiple associations.
Julie is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and further pursued Personnel and Industrial Relations at the University of Toronto. Julie has a Masters in Adult Education, specializing in Workplace Learning and Change from the University of Toronto as well as a certificate in Human Resource Management, and has her CHRP designation. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
