Kalman Green is an Associate Consultant with MICA Leaning at Knightsbridge in Toronto.
Prior to joining Knightsbridge, Kalman had his own management consulting business for 15 years specializing in the areas of leadership, team development and personal effectiveness. During this period, Kalman has consulted to organizations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in Canada, the United States and overseas. Prior to starting his own consulting business, Kalman held Director-level positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Ontario Centre for International Business.
Kalman has more than 24 years’ experience as a professional facilitator, executive coach and popular speaker. His areas of expertise include performance management, leadership, team building, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication, career development and strategic planning. He has worked in a wide array of sectors including financial services, manufacturing, higher learning institutions, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, professional service firms, high tech, transportation, and oil and gas. With each client in each sector, Kalman is firmly committed to helping individuals, teams, business units and organizations enhance their performance and effectiveness.
Kalman holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Toronto specializing in organizational development. He is an accredited facilitator of a many innovative management training programs. Kalman is also active in a number of facilitation, training and human resource associations.
