Public Courses
Cancellations, substitutions and transfers to another public course can be accepted by e-mail or telephone at 1-888-448-4718.
- Cancellations 20 business days before the start date of the course are eligible for transfer of the equivalent monetary amount to another course or a full refund.
- Cancellations within 20 business days of the start date of the course are eligible for transfer of the equivalent monetary amount to another course or a credit of same amount to be used within one year of the cancellation date.
- Cancellations within 5 business days of the start of the course will not be eligible for refund, transfer or credit.
Substitutions: You may designate another individual to attend a course in your place upon providing MICA Learning with 24-hour advance notice; for courses that incorporate pre-work assessments, advance notice of 10 days must be provided; additional fees for the completion of a second pre-work assessment may apply.
Dedicated Courses
Please contact your MICA Learning team member to cancel or reschedule a dedicated course.
- Cancellations 30 business days before the start date of the course can be accepted with no penalty.
- Cancellations within 30 business days of the start date of the course are subject to 50% of the agreed-upon professional fees.
- Cancellations within 14 business days of the start date of the course are subject to 100% of the agreed-upon professional fees.
- Number of course participants must be confirmed 5 business days prior to the start date of the course.
